Dr. Donna Panucci
Step into the transformative world crafted by Dr. Donna Panucci, a beacon of healing and the visionary founder of Be with the Herd. Dr. Panucci’s journey began in the realm of orthodontics, where she discovered the profound impact of genuine compassion on the lives of her patients.
Driven by a deeper desire to empower individuals on their path to health and happiness, Donna’s quest led her to explore the intricate workings of the human psyche as an HBDI® Certified Practitioner. Diving into the energies that support our physical form, she became a Reiki Master and an Integrated Energy Therapy® Master-Instructor. Her exploration of Energy Medicine reached new heights when she became a Certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner/Trainer in 2014.
As Dr. Donna developed and taught transformational energy techniques, the wisdom of her exceptional herd of horses emerged. Recognizing their intuitive ability to forge profound connections with humans, she integrated their unique insights into her practice. Dr. Donna Panucci became a Certified Equine-Assisted Coach and Equine Facilitator to enhance this extraordinary partnership.
This extraordinary partnership paved the way for Donna’s profound discovery of the science of heart coherence. Today, as an “Activating the Heart of Teams” HeartMath trainer, Dr. Donna Panucci leads individuals, groups, and teams on a journey toward positive shifts in mental, emotional, and physical states. Her collaboration with the remarkable herd offers a unique and powerful approach to obtaining lasting personal and professional growth.
Our programs stand as the culmination of Dr. Donna’s knowledge and realization of the profound connection between the herd and humans, serving as a beacon of hope and transformation for all who choose to BE… with Dr. Donna Panucci and the Herd.

Originally from Maine, Frank spent eight years in the Air Force serving his country. After many years of owning several businesses and being an Executive COO, Frank retired in 2016 to play more of his recreational favorite, golf. In 2018, he and his wife, Sue, visited Dr. Donna Panucci at Blue Ray Ranch in WV on their way back to Florida from their camp in Maine. Stunned by the beauty of the ranch and the thrill of meeting the horses and the other ranch animals, it became a life-changing visit.
In retirement, Frank gave back to his community by serving as a board member of several organizations including Community in Schools and Rotary. Donning a 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, Frank spent many years teaching the youth in his community. Upon meeting Dr. Panucci and Rancher Banyon, it seemed he was destined to continue working with young aspiring individuals. Upon working out the logistics of moving to West Virginia, Frank became the Director of Operations at Blue Ray Ranch, working closely with then 14-year-old Rancher Banyon.

Susan has been privileged to work with people of all ages to help them improve their lives through positive fitness training. She understands and respects the mind/body connection while being mindful of individual goals.
As a 4th degree black belt in Taekwondo, Susan worked alongside her husband to train children and adults to become the best they could be. After selling their martial arts school, Susan heard of a fitness protocol called Pilates. She was intrigued to learn more about it because it, too, was based on the connection of the mind and body. In 2002, Susan made the commitment to move to Philadelphia, PA to train under renowned Authentic Pilates instructors, June Hines, and Sean Gallagher. The hundreds of hours of training, teaching, and testing in Philadelphia and New York City resulted in her graduating first in her class as a Certified Pilates Instructor. Sue then returned to her home in Florida and opened the first Authentic Pilates Studio on Amelia Island.
