Donna Panucci's energy medicine was an awakening experience for my soul. As a new beginner in understanding and practicing energy medicine, Donna helped demonstrate and explain EM techniques and theories behind the practice. All of us in the workshop felt touched by our group experience and look forward to our continual journey to better mental and physical health. Thank you Donna!

This is the BEST self-help learning and guidance coursework I have ever had! Donna explains everything clearly. She demonstrates the techniques while explaining why they work to relieve stress, anxiety and panic. Even though I walk, do yoga and pray, for me these techniques are a life-changer!!!

Donna’s energy techniques are simple, accessible, and they work to help bring healing. The many therapies offered such as those using sound and light are wonderful, and the detox foot bath is powerful. Her recent “Wellness is Within” Retreat was phenomenal! She shared how to let go of stress, and focus on being peaceful and joyful. Donna’s herd of healing horses are truly something to experience as they create sacred space where healing can really begin.

The wellness retreat went beyond mental and emotional nourishment. Energetic therapies and detoxification foot baths swept away stagnant energies, leaving me lighter, more attuned, and at peace for the days ahead. I felt the release - the shedding of years of stress and emotional baggage.
