Simply put, experiential learning is a hands-on education. It is learning by experience. Equine experiential learning is the process of learning from a horse, and there is so much that a horse can teach you. They are large, powerful beings that both intimidate and inspire. Yet they are also prey animals which make them sensitive to changes in their environment. A horse can read you – your mood, your demeanor, and being honest and non-judgmental creatures, they will give you an honest response. The key is to just be!
Personal Discovery
No horse experience is necessary. It doesn’t matter if you are an expert rider, or if you have never been with a horse. This program is for any age and all levels of experience. The opportunity for discovery is unique to you with our intuitive herd guiding the way.
Horses are remarkable teachers of relationship and facilitators of human development. They have an amazing ability to resonate to our true emotions and reflect back to us our authentic self. Connecting with a horse can reveal aspects of your heart, mind or soul that you might not even know existed. This unique opportunity allows you to learn more about yourself, and how you affect others around you.
This program is all encompassing with no defined boundaries of exploration-you can set the objective for what you want to explore- Or simply be open to the magic of connection.

Horses respond to our behavioral patterns, providing us with honest and clear feedback about our current strengths and potential areas for positive change. Much of what challenges us in our human relationships and in organizations is beyond words and rational thought. Horses provide access to direct perception of reality independent of rational process. They offer immediate feedback about our presence, emotional intelligence, and body language.
Horses can bring a high degree of chaos, endangerment and frustration. We learn to summon moment to moment calm, strength, focus, respect, and trust to maintain a mutually safe and beneficial working relationship with the horse, all skills essential for organizational maintenance and leadership.
